Hi , im afraid it wont fit with the replacement headers, This is a spare part for the full evolution system. People have tried however the angles are way off and the muffler just sticks out with no way of mounting it.
You would have to either run the BMW supplied Akra Muffler or you could go with any of their slipon options. Here is the link to the Carbon muffler
