It's just a replacement shift arm for the Extreme rearsets you can use it in for either standard or reverse depending on how you adjust your linkage arm.
This is for standard shift not gp shift correct the only difference is the adjustment on where the peg is? Extreme Components Gear Shift lever for Yamaha R6 (2006/2020)
