does this seat fit Yamaha R6 2014 with stock street body fairing ?

No these will not fit without the tail section as they are molded to the seat pan and secured to the seatpan.
We would suggest you fit a different tail section for the track and our tails are available in Avio fiber or Carbon Fiber.
