Yes, they will, you will need the bracket kit and screen seen in linked products so you can install the quick release Dzus fasteners.
With this kit you will keep the same HP4 tail that you have. the only way to change the tail is to change to a different subframe and you would be able to use the 2015-18 S1000RR tail
