Does TR 924 have both pre-load and rebound dampening adjustment? Ohlins TR 924 Street S36 Twin Shocks

I'm looking to replace the rear shocks on my 2019 Triumph Speed Twin. The ride is too harsh on bumpy roads and I can be launched from the saddle when I ride faster over a series of bumps. I don't notice this issue on my other motorcycles riding the same road.

I like the traditional look of the TR 924 better than the more advanced TR 923, but wonder if the ride will be improved enough with the TR 924 shocks.

The TR 923 has more adjustability and will have a better rider, see below for details. I would personally go with the TR 923 and just let the Ohlins Swedish gold shine!
-Monotube high pressure gas type of shock absorber with external “piggy back” reservoir. -Öhlins Motorcycle R1 rebound damping adjuster -Adjustable rebound damping on single tube shocks. Adjuster wheel above the end eye. -Öhlins Motorcycle S36C1 compression damping adjuster -Adjustable compression damping. Adjuster wheel or slot on the reservoir.

-Adjustable length.
